Enrolments

Requirements for enrolment

Enrolments for current year may be accepted at any time.

2020 enrolments (Prep and Years 1-6) will be accepted from orientation day.  Enrolment date claimers (PDF, 150 KB).

  • Orientation Day (for 2020 enrolments) Monday 5 August 2019

  • During the week beginning 20 January 2020

  • The first day of school from 8.00 am to 8.30 am Tuesday 28 January 2020

Since 2008 all Queensland children are eligible to attend prep if they attain the age of 5 years by 30 June in the year they propose to attend prep.

Since 2008 all Queensland children are eligible to attend year one if they attain the age of 6 years by 30 June in the year they propose to attend year one.

Parents considering requests for early entry to year one, early entry to prep and repeating the prep year should contact the Principal for further information.

Enrolment to the school is subject to an enrolment management plan (PDF, 280 KB), details of which are available from the office.

A. For all enrolments into this school proof of age and/or a transfer certificate and proof of residency will be necessary. Proof of age may take the form of either:

  1. Birth certificate

  2. Baptismal certificate

  3. Hospital discharge certificate

  4. Or some similar document acceptable to the principal

Proof of residency accepted (one of each of the following required):

  1. Primary source - current lease agreement or rates notice

  2. Secondary source - latest gas/electricity bill showing same address and name of parents

  3. Further sources of proof of residency may be requested

B. A student enrolment form requesting information and instructions must also be completed by the enrolling parent or guardian. Please note that some of the requested information may be of a voluntary nature. Copies of documents relating to parenting orders (residency orders and contact orders) should be made available to the school.
