All students of Eagle Junction State School are seen as having the potential to be successful and capable leaders of this community. It is the role of the school to provide opportunities for leadership skills to be taught and leadership activities to be supported to build student leadership capacity.
Student leadership is an integral part of our Learning and Wellbeing Framework. Our aim is to develop the leadership skills of our senior students and foster a strong sense of civic responsibility and community. The important leadership roles across our school provide our students with an opportunity to find their voice and to participate in decision-making. It is about providing real opportunities to allow the students to give back to a community that has given them so much.

Our students are support by the school administration and teachers in these roles. Due to the high quality of student applicants each year, EJSS is very fortunate to have excellent student leaders who perform their duties to a very high standard.
