Who we are
Our Student Support Services team is a multidisciplinary group committed to supporting the wellbeing and learning of all students. The team includes:
Principal and Deputy Principals, Head of Inclusion, Guidance Officer, Speech-Language Pathologist, Social Worker, Youth Worker, Inclusion Support Teachers and Classroom Teachers
This team meets weekly to collaborate with classroom teachers, review student needs and plan targeted support. Together, we ensure every student receives the appropriate adjustments, interventions, and guidance to thrive both academically and socially.
Our approach
We use a tiered model of support to ensure the right level of intervention is available for every learner:
- Tier 1 – Quality differentiated teaching practice for all students
- Tier 2 – Targeted small group interventions and short-term support
- Tier 3 – Intensive, individualised support with family and specialist collaboration
At the heart of our support model is a focus on equity and excellence - ensuring every child has access to the tools and strategies they need to succeed.
